About Sarah Kate

I have loved the art of design since childhood.  I have always had an appreciation of art and beauty as we bring those elements into a home.  I discovered my love for couture while attending The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles.  Fashion inspires every home and every piece of furniture I have designed.  Beauty, in all its spectacular forms, has the ability to take you to a place of comfort and serenity.  That is how I like to approach each design project, providing a classic, timeless design with a hint of whimsy that is not only beautiful but also functional.   I adore mixing elements and layers of textures giving each room I design a voice of its own.  I want to create a dream come true home for my clients, where seasons are celebrated, where children grow up, where life is embraced.
